Residence La Fenice - Venice

The spacious apartment was great location, allowing me to easily explore nearby attractions. The tall beamed ceilings added a charming touch, and the cleanliness of the apartment.

Minor kitchen essentials missing.

It was a really great stay for such a nice vacation. The breakfast was amazing and included. Its location just next door to Saint Mark's Square was marvellous.

Spotless rooms with a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area. Spacious bedroom, really amazing stay for such a nice vacation and late check-out. Super-friendly and absolutely kind staff always on hand.

The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and I loved having both an espresso machine and a dishwasher at my disposal. I really enjoyed unwinding in the cozy living area and taking advantage of relaxing evenings on the balcony. The only downside was the entryway could use a little sprucing up, but it didn't overshadow my great experience. 😊

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying an excellent area, very close to restaurants. The staff were attentive and particularly helpful too. All the rooms were nice styled with a kitchen, had an elegant atmosphere.

The residence boasted a lovely big room with a comfortable bed, providing an ideal space to unwind. I was impressed by the easy check-in process via WhatsApp, made settling in easy. Exploring the central location was a delight, as we effortlessly walked to key attractions like St Mark's Square.

The attic bedroom felt unsafe without a lock, the showers didn't drain properly, and I felt uneasy with staff entering without notification!!! Improvements needed to maintain comfort and ease in such a bustling city!!!

It allowed us to immerse ourselves in Venetian life with our little baby. Visiting the Fenice Opera House nearby was a highlight for our family, and we loved the charming atmosphere.

My wife says that a fully stocked kitchen would help families more.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from popular sites and local eateries. Enjoying a cup of freshly brewed coffee from the free machine was a good touch. The small room provides almost no space for luggage and the shower is cramped, which could be uncomfortable for larger individuals. Without essentials like napkins and cooking supplies, meal prep can be inconvenient.

We enjoyed visiting the Fenice Opera House, a treat. The location was perfect, and there were no issues with early check-in and late check-out. Clean and tidy rooms helped us relax after our adventures.

The only downside was the lack of some kitchen essentials, like soap and napkins, made cooking a bit inconvenient. We ended up dining out more than planned because of this.
